Thank you so much for the class! I’ve been looking for a class like this my whole life! I’ve done a lot of dancing and enjoy sensual dancing but found pole or heels classes edged into being like a sexualised performance or objectification of women if that makes sense. The class really helped me to feel into when I start to “perform” or I go out of my body with thoughts. There were so many fun and raw exercises too that allows any movement to be acceptable and to get me in touch with my whole body and how it likes to move.
