Anyone with their heart and humanity intact likely feels the multifaceted devastation and suffering playing out in the world today.
Embodiment and moving meaningfully through the world doesnât have to always be through the prism of positivity. Your experience is allowed to be difficult and raw - as coming into truth often is.
âBroken Openâ is an opportunity for the body to express the grief that comes with loving, caring & empathy in times of crisis, and most importantly to be held in connection & community.
Here you can bring whatever personal and/or collective grief your heart has been holding, and let it meet a supportive presence.
Through embodied movement & dance this experience will:
- Invite grief to be the portal to deeper embodiment, care & connection
- Ignite your heart with devotion for meaningful action wherever you feel most called.
- See embodiment as a force for collective liberation, not just personal development.
- Allow you to remember love, remember beauty, and harness pleasure as a resource to avoid burnout & numbing and to keep you heart alive.
